TradeHouse is NOT an investment adviser, NOT a commodity trading advisor, NOT a broker-dealer, and NOT a registered or licensed financial professional of any kind. Nothing provided by TradeHouse is investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security, futures contract, event contract, swap, token, or other instrument. TradeHouse does not provide individualized advice, does not manage or direct any account, does not know your financial situation, and does not tailor any output to any person. The same data, tools, and standardized templates are provided to every customer. You are solely and exclusively responsible for your own trading and investment decisions and for evaluating any output yourself or with your own licensed advisers. F3 — No in-sample-contamination attestation
IN-SAMPLE ATTESTATION: every backtest run report states the exact historical date range replayed and an explicit in_sample flag. No template parameter, default, or ranking shipped by TradeHouse was derived, tuned, or selected using data from within a range it is then displayed against as performance. If a customer-supplied parameter was itself fitted on the displayed range, the customer is responsible for that in-sample contamination; TradeHouse ships no fitted defaults.
F4 — No recommendation-engine attestation
NO RECOMMENDATION ENGINE: this product does not rank templates or results by performance, displays no 'best', 'top', 'recommended', 'featured', or 'popular' badge, pre-selects no template, defaults no parameter to a non-neutral value, and sorts no listing by backtest return. Listing order is neutral. Any parameter example shown is labelled 'EXAMPLE PRESET -- not a recommendation; you are choosing this value.' The product exercises no judgment and tailors to no customer.
F5 — AI-capability honesty clause
AI HONESTY: where TradeHouse uses AI or LLM technology, it is used only to draft and format text from supplied data, which is reviewed for accuracy. TradeHouse makes NO claim that any AI or model predicts markets, forecasts winning trades, finds opportunities, beats the market, or has any special foresight or proprietary intelligence. AI output is not advice and is not a prediction.
