TradeHouse provides data and tools, not advice. Every product on this site serves impersonal, aggregate market data, research instrumentation, or backward-looking statistical analysis of data the customer supplies. Nothing on this site, in any TradeHouse report, or in any Fidelity Lab verdict is a personalized recommendation, an offer, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security, commodity interest, digital asset, or contract. Past performance — including any backtest, walk-forward result, or hypothetical figure shown as an example on this site — is not indicative of future results (CFTC Rule 4.41(b)).

No custody, no execution, no brokerage

TradeHouse and Fidelity Lab do not hold customer funds or positions, do not place or route orders on any venue, and are not a broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, investment adviser, or exchange. Kalshi, Polymarket, Limitless and other venues named on this site are independent, unaffiliated trading venues; TradeHouse aggregates and republishes their public market data under each venue's own terms and is not owned by, and does not speak for, any of them.

No performance claims

We do not publish aggregate win rates, ROI figures, or customer trading results as marketing claims, and we do not display customer counts, ratings, or testimonials we cannot source to a real, disclosed reviewer. Any example numbers shown on this site (for example, in the Fidelity Lab sample report) are drawn from our own internal book, run through the same customer-facing pipeline, and are labelled as such — not a projection of what any customer should expect to earn.

Fidelity Lab specifically

Fidelity Lab grades a result the customer already has; it does not generate trading signals, does not execute trades, and does not advise on position sizing or entry/exit timing. A SURVIVES verdict describes whether a rule frozen on a training window continued to pay after venue fees on data it had not seen — it is a statistical statement about a submitted dataset, not a guarantee about future paper or live results. An UNTESTABLE verdict is a real, and common, outcome: the tool is built to refuse rather than manufacture a number when the data cannot support one.

Data quality and limits

TradeHouse's cross-venue feed is continuously archived on a best-effort basis; individual venues can be delayed, gapped, or revised, and TradeHouse discloses cost-netting on the venue's own published fee schedule where known, and flags legs where no fee model exists rather than assuming zero. Prediction markets, options, futures, perpetuals and crypto assets all carry risk of loss, including total loss of amount wagered or invested; nothing on this site is a warranty of data completeness or of any particular trading outcome.
