These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of any product sold at Elite AI Empire, operated as part of Elite AI Empire by Empire AI Solutions ("we", "us"). By creating an account, completing a checkout, or using any product purchased here — including TradeHouse — you agree to these Terms.
The products
Elite AI Empire sells access to several independent software products and digital deliverables, including TradeHouse, BrandRank, OurTools, EAS Research Reader, and CohostBnB. Each product's own in-app documentation and this site's own product pages describe what it does; these Terms cover the purchase, billing, and account relationship common to all of them.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide a working email address for checkout confirmations and account notices.
Payment and subscriptions
Payments are processed by Stripe. One-time purchases are billed once at checkout. Subscriptions bill automatically on the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for how billing stops and what is refundable.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, deceptive, or abusive use of any product;
- No attempt to access another account's or tenant's data;
- No reverse engineering, scraping, or redistribution of any underlying data feed beyond what a product's own documentation permits.

Products are provided "as is" and, where they involve financial market data or analysis — this means TradeHouse and Fidelity Lab specifically — are informational only and not investment advice. See TradeHouse's own Disclosures for the trading- and data-specific detail. We may modify or discontinue a feature; material changes to a paid product are announced in-app.
